  • Procesy interakcie fluida a horniny, stabilita a alterácia akcesorických minerálov (napr. monazit, xenotím, apatit, allanit, titanit), post-magmatická až nízkotermálna (supergénna) remobilizácia a frakcionácia vzácnych litofilných prvkov (REE, Zr, Hf, Nb, Ta, U, Th, Rb, Be, F, B).
  • Petrológia, mineralógia, geochémia, geochronológia granitoidov a felzických vulkanitov (najmä A-typov).
