Pomocou tepeln\u00fdch, radia\u010dn\u00fdch a biomineralogick\u00fdch experimentov bud\u00fa \u0161tudovan\u00e9 kry\u0161talochemick\u00e9 procesy vo vybran\u00fdch miner\u00e1loch (oxidoch, fosf\u00e1toch a silik\u00e1toch). Pri experiment\u00e1lnom biomineralogickom v\u00fdskume stability fosf\u00e1tov a silik\u00e1tov REE bude \u0161tudovan\u00e1 ich interakcia s biosf\u00e9rou, hubami. V\u00fdskum sa teda orientuje na dve oblasti a bud\u00fa sk\u00faman\u00e9 dva typy miner\u00e1lov. Prv\u00e1 oblas\u0165 v\u00fdskumu sa s\u00fastre\u010fuje na kry\u0161talochemick\u00e9 z\u00e1konitosti a\u017e na subatom\u00e1rnej \u00farovni pomocou najmodernej\u0161\u00edch analytick\u00fdch met\u00f3d. Druh\u00e1 oblas\u0165 bude orientovan\u00e1 na spr\u00e1vanie t\u00fdchto prvkov v miner\u00e1lnom a horninovom prostred\u00ed. Z miner\u00e1lov s\u00fa \u0161tudovan\u00e9 tie, ktor\u00e9 obsahuj\u00fa Be, B a Li ako prvky obsiahnut\u00e9 priamo v ich kry\u0161talochemickom vzorci, teda tieto prvky s\u00fa dominantn\u00e9 minim\u00e1lne v jednej \u0161trukt\u00farnej poz\u00edcii. Patria sem najm\u00e4 silik\u00e1ty (turmal\u00ednov\u00e1 superskupina, gadolinitov\u00e1 superskupina, berylov\u00e1 a kordieritov\u00e1 skupina, Li s\u013eudy, spodumen, bertrandit, fenakit), bor\u00e1ty (cel\u00e1 trieda), fosf\u00e1ty (herderitov\u00e1 skupina) a oxidy (chryzoberyl). Sk\u00faman\u00e9 v\u0161ak bud\u00fa aj miner\u00e1ly, v ktor\u00fdch Be, B a Li substituuj\u00fa ostatn\u00e9 kati\u00f3ny, ale nie s\u00fa dominantn\u00e9, s\u00fa minoritn\u00e9 a\u017e stopov\u00e9.
