Prv\u00e1 oblas\u0165 v\u00fdskumu sa s\u00fastre\u010fuje na kry\u0161talochemick\u00e9 z\u00e1konitosti a\u017e na subatom\u00e1rnej \u00farovni pomocou najmodernej\u0161\u00edch analytick\u00fdch met\u00f3d. Druh\u00e1 oblas\u0165 bude orientovan\u00e1 na spr\u00e1vanie t\u00fdchto prvkov v miner\u00e1lnom a horninovom prostred\u00ed. Z miner\u00e1lov s\u00fa \u0161tudovan\u00e9 tie, ktor\u00e9 obsahuj\u00fa Be, B a Li ako prvky obsiahnut\u00e9 priamo v ich kry\u0161talochemickom vzorci, teda tieto prvky s\u00fa dominantn\u00e9 minim\u00e1lne v jednej \u0161trukt\u00farnej poz\u00edcii. Patria sem najm\u00e4 silik\u00e1ty (turmal\u00ednov\u00e1 superskupina, gadolinitov\u00e1 superskupina, berylov\u00e1 a kordieritov\u00e1 skupina, Li s\u013eudy, spodumen, bertrandit, fenakit), bor\u00e1ty (cel\u00e1 trieda), fosf\u00e1ty (herderitov\u00e1 skupina) a oxidy (chryzoberyl). Sk\u00faman\u00e9 v\u0161ak bud\u00fa aj miner\u00e1ly, v ktor\u00fdch Be, B a Li substituuj\u00fa ostatn\u00e9 kati\u00f3ny, ale nie s\u00fa dominantn\u00e9, s\u00fa minoritn\u00e9 a\u017e stopov\u00e9. V r\u00e1mci toho sa bude \u0161tudova\u0165 distrib\u00facia \u0161tudovan\u00fdch prvkov v r\u00f4znych miner\u00e1loch vo variabiln\u00fdch horninov\u00fdch prostrediach.<\/em><\/em><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><strong><strong>VEGA-1\/0137\/20 \u2013 <\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>\u010dlen rie\u0161ite\u013esk\u00e9ho kolekt\u00edvu&nbsp;(2020-2022, hlavn\u00fd rie\u0161ite\u013e P. Niektor\u00e9 z t\u00fdchto experimentov nie s\u00fa dostato\u010dne op\u00edsan\u00e9 a nie je zn\u00e1my mechanizmus sp\u00f4sobuj\u00faci zmenu farby, ani procesy ved\u00face k rozpadu \u0161trukt\u00fary miner\u00e1lov. Pomocou tepeln\u00fdch, tepelno-tlakov\u00fdch a radia\u010dn\u00fdch experimentov bud\u00fa \u0161tudovan\u00e9 kry\u0161talochemick\u00e9 procesy vo vybran\u00fdch miner\u00e1loch (oxidoch, fosf\u00e1toch a silik\u00e1toch), pri\u010dom ide najm\u00e4 o oxid\u00e1ciu alebo redukciu kati\u00f3nov, vznik alebo z\u00e1nik farebn\u00fdch centier a \u0161trukt\u00farnych defektov.
